There is an internal ticket system in your panel. You can find the link in the menu (1) and top right corner (2). You can find a red balloon with number if there are new answers from your account manager.

On the tickets page you can find every tickets you requested with date (1), status (2), and new answers (3). Also, you can place the new request (4).

Just choose the topic, title/subject, and add a description:
